I would like to give some tips which will help you to develop good habits when using a computer. If you can learn what you have to avoid, and what mannerism you have to do, they make you more comfortable in the future.

1. Relax your eyes
- Place the middle of screen to your eye level horizontally.
- Use monitor which has a proper illumination. If you see this whole sentence including "E?", it is too much bright. Therefore you should handle the brightness of your screen to get darker until you can see the sentence, "Can you see m".
2. Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI)
- It is better for you using the normal mouse than the mini mouse.
- Make sure use the mouse on the mouse pad so that it can reduce stress on your wrists and the mouse pad can protect damages of the sensitive of the mouse.
- Place the keyboard closely to the monitor.
- Take a break for 10 minutes at least every hour.
3. Back pain
- Frequently have a stretching your neck and back.
- Do not sit up like RIGHT picture and keep sitting over than a hour on straight.
